Perro is a mobile app helping dog owners track health, fitness, and mindfulness. We designed and prototyped the app to support investor pitches, grant applications, and brand development.
Perro came to Tech Alchemy at a pivotal point. The product vision was evolving — from a basic pet tracking tool to a wellness-focused experience that deepens the bond between dog and owner. Through collaborative workshops, we explored how to turn that vision into something tangible, focusing on gamification, rewards, and a more meaningful user experience.

We worked with the Perro team to define core features and user flows. Using moodboards, wireframes, and Figma prototypes, we established the look, feel, and functionality of the app — all shaped through regular feedback sessions.

With a solid structure in place, we designed high-fidelity screens and built an interactive prototype. We held regular design catchups to refine the interface, finalise interactions, and perfect every detail ahead of development.

Our collaboration didn’t end at design. We worked with Perro to plan out future content updates via their admin panel, designed for easy management of new videos, rewards, and features.
