Ethoventures is the first travel app to use personality-based itineraries. Travellers take a short test and receive a custom itinerary tailored to their unique travel style.
Our journey began with collaborative workshops—including in-person sessions—to deeply understand EthoVentures’ vision for AI-powered travel planning. We worked together, brainstorming and asking questions to align on user goals, priorities, and what would make the user experience truly unique.

A clearly defined product scope — travel personality types were refined, and we created a roadmap that prioritised impact and speed-to-market, all within a tight two-month timeline.
We explored visual direction and user experience through moodboards, user flows, and early wireframes. Working in Figma, the EthoVentures team had full access to design progress and joined weekly feedback calls to shape the direction collaboratively.

We modernised and evolved the existing EthoVentures branding to create a cleaner, more intuitive experience, while preserving the original visual identity users already knew about.
We finalised high-fidelity designs and built a fully interactive prototype as the visual language came together. We also ran regular design reviews and feedback sessions with the EthoVentures team to polish every screen and ensure nothing was missed before handing off to development.
A fully interactive, investor-ready prototype allows EthoVentures to present a tangible product version early and validate key ideas with stakeholders.
While final designs wrapped up, our development team worked in sprints, holding planning calls and sprint demos to show real progress. The EthoVentures team had early access to the test environment, enabling them to explore and give feedback while the product was still being built.

A working, scalable foundation for itinerary generation was delivered with complete transparency, hands-on testing, and rigorous QA, ensuring a smooth move toward launch.
We supported the EthoVentures team through final delivery and into planning for future growth. This included product handover and ongoing support to prepare for upcoming releases.
The platform successfully launched in just 8 weeks, and shortly after going live, over 45,000 travel itineraries were generated, marking a strong start and clear demand.
